life as the brainchild of joseph grillo and arty shepherd while instruction. were still signed to geffen
records (hence the nom-de plums). originally supposed to just be a one-off ep, no tours, all fun, gay
for johnny depp quickly garnered reviews worthy of their talent and the band soon became a working unit
unto itself. band members include: guitar + voice: sid jagger | voice: marty leopard | bass: f. cokboi
| drum kit: jj samanen. gay for johnny depp is known for it's outrageously fabulous stage shows, which
used to feature a complete striptease by marty - and which culminated in his being slugged in the jaw by a "fan"
at their first uk show in exeter.
gay for johnny depp are signed to captains of industry in the uk. no one has the guts in the us.
